🚨 Knife Crime Awareness Week, conversations, education and community action matter more than ever.
Weapons Down Wirral CIC are proud and grateful to have been invited to take part in Fighting For Change next week in our neighbouring county of Cheshire — a powerful community event bringing organisations, young people and families together to raise awareness around youth violence, knife crime prevention and safer communities.
We’ll be attending alongside partner agencies, sharing the work we do across Wirral through early intervention, mentoring, boxing, fitness and community support for young people at risk.
Storyhouse, Chester�27th May�10am – 4pm�Free Entry
This week is about more than awareness — it’s about action, prevention, education and giving young people positive pathways and opportunities.
If you’re attending, come and speak to the Weapons Down Wirral team and the other amazing organisations involved. Together we can continue fighting for change and building safer communities for young people. 💙🥊
