✨ 12-Week Transformation Spotlight ✨

I am SO proud to share my client’s incredible progress over the past 12 weeks. We trained together once a week, and from day one she showed up with determination — even on the tough days.

Like anyone on a real fitness journey, she had a few hiccups and slips with the diet along the way… but what truly matters is that she NEVER stayed off track. Every single time, she picked herself back up and kept going. And that consistency has paid off in such a huge way.

🔥 Results After 12 Weeks:

16lbs down

21cm lost overall

And just LOOK at the insane changes in her shape — front, side, and back. Her posture, waistline, legs, and back definition have all transformed.

What I’m most proud of isn’t just the physical change (although it’s amazing!) — it’s her mindset shift. She’s proven to herself that she can be consistent, resilient, and committed, even when life isn’t perfect.

Sometimes life is busy, routines aren’t perfect, and motivation isn’t always there — but this transformation proves what’s possible when you just keep going 💫

In just 8 weeks, my amazing client:
✨ Trained with me only once a week for 45 minutes
✨ Averaged around 6,000 steps a day
✨ Found the meal plan challenging but did her best
✨ Still achieved 10lbs down and 13cm lost overall 🥳

This isn’t about extremes. No fad diets. No intense gym schedule. No restriction. Just consistency, patience, and a willingness to try even when things weren’t perfect.

🚀 Client Spotlight: Adan’s 12-Week Transformation 🚀

Adan has absolutely smashed it over the last 12 weeks! In that time, he’s lost over 6kg that's 13.5lbs!!

This is through a combination of:
✅ A tailored meal plan
✅ Just two gym sessions per week with me
✅ Hitting 10,000 steps daily
✅️ Drinking at least 2L of water daily

But the most impressive part isn’t just the number on the scales. Adan has scoliosis, and since starting his training, we’ve seen noticeable improvements in his posture and alignment, as you can see in his progress pictures. His consistency and determination are paying off, and the results speak for themselves.

This is just the beginning for Adan — he’s continuing to push forward, and I couldn’t be prouder of his progress. 💪🔥
