Once you've learnt those very first dance steps you will be hooked! It doesn't matter what age, gender, orientation or ability - if you can move one foot in front of the other then you'll be dancing in no time at all! For anyone planning a special occasion and wanting private lessons, these are also available.

Ballroom & Beyond is open to everyone who enjoys Modern Sequence, Ballroom & Latin dancing.

We often talk in class about the roots of Argentine tango being danced by 2 males.

In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, men dancing tango together was a practical necessity and a rigorous training tradition in Buenos Aires, driven by a massive gender imbalance.

This is the extremely talented Mark Ballas and Derek Hough showing how it’s done. Switching lead and follow throughout. Love it. Enjoy💃🏻
