Our gym and class timetable offers a comprehensive training programme for all. We have top tier coaches who are available for advice, guidance or private coaching. Over the last 6 years we have transformed from a small pt studio, to a large community based gym. We train smart, hard and goal focused. s into what we are. Our venue is a fully equipped professional gym. we are open to non members, PAYG, private training, corporate training (message for rates) and we also offer full gym membership. We are highly ambitious and we want mutual success for our members and obviously with that comes success for us. You will not only help yourself, but help many members and our community too.

Sport-specific performance is a complex, multi-dimensional concept crucial for success in competitive sports (Ford et al., 2011; Johnston et al., 2018).

Tailoring programmes for each individual is imperative for their long term development. We must consider age, s*x, technical ability, competitive levels and the athletes inner ambition and dedication.
