DADS, bums & tums fundraiser 💪🏼

For my first Father’s Day without my amazing dad I will be hosting a fundraiser.

Bring your partner along to experience an MBT class and see if they’ve got what it takes!

All proceeds from the day will go to NW Air Ambulance, in my dad’s memory.

Saturday 20th June at 10am & 12.30pm. Spaces are £8 per person.

Book your space through the website from 6th June and I will message you for payment.

Please come along and support an amazing charity and let the kids workout with both mum and dad 💪🏼

There’s no luck here 🍀

Just hard work and determination that my business WILL succeed.

I threw myself back into work 2 months postpartum because that’s what my business needed. And I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

I wouldn’t be where I am without my amazing clients. So thanks for making my hard days that bit brighter 🫶🏼

Grateful I get to call this my job 🥹

Race for life 2026 🩷

Well done to my big girl and all the family for taking part in the race for a cause very close to our hearts!

Nyla ran the 3km in 23 minutes. I am beyond proud of her.

Quite embarrassing when your 4 year old is a better runner than you are. I best get training with her 👀

She is a prime example that your children will copy exactly what they see. She has grown up in the gym and she ran that with ease and enjoyed it. She’s told me she wants to do a 10km next.

Well done to everyone who took part today 🫶🏼
