Don’t look back in anger🍀 it was emotional and a really proud moment for me to have a little part in my hero’s story , anyone who knows me will tell you I grew up on oasis and still as much today as it was in the 90s . I’ve done many things in my life but this tops it , my name in the credits will be there long after I’ve gone , big Thankyou to the producers for letting me share my story 💚 i didn’t think the 2 hour zoom would lead to anything other then a chat, but it brought up a lot of emotions for me reminiscing of good and bad times growing up.

The music got me through I don’t think I’d be here if oasis hadn’t of dragged me through dark times

Can be either pads , functional training , strength and conditioning or weight training or mix it up
