And that's a wrap for another week and what aweek it has been.

Warriors you have been absolutely exceptional, you've worked really hard. Your energy and enthusiasm is always exemplary and you always get the job done! It is always an absolute pleasure to train you.

Well done on another cracking week of being awesome.

Well, there we were thinking we were going to get soaked at run club 🌧 but we got that so wrong 🤦‍♀️. The sun came back out, it shone brightly 🌞 and it was very warm 🥵. I think my warriors might say it was hot 🔥 🤭.

Massive well done Warriors, I know that was a tough one, but you were all tougher and even thou you found it tough you still got it done.

It was a warm one tonight 🥵, we all finished that one hot and sweaty 🥵!

Well-done to all my awesome warriors that came and smashed a tough workout. They were absolutely brilliant, they pushed hard, they laughed harder and they all had the best energy and enthusiasm.

Great work warriors, you really are just incredible.

HaPpY WeDnEsDaY 😊

It was a chilly, dull and damp start to the day, but as the days gone on the suns started to shine and its got brighter and warmer ☺️. I've lost count of how many times I've been told "it's hot" today 🤭🥵!

Well done to all my warriors that have come in and smashed their workouts today, you've all been absolutely brilliant.

Next up it's Fat Fighters Class 💪. If you've not already booked in for this class you still have time. But there are only a few spaces remaining, so be quick!

What a fabulous couple of days of training it has been.

Warriors you have bounced in full of energy, enthusiasm and bags of positivity.
You've worked hard, you've tackled everything I've challenged you with and you've done it with the best attitudes.
Every session has been full of laughter even thou you're working hard we still find a way to laugh!

You are all absolutely incredible and I couldn't be prouder of you all.

Remember there's no Bootcamp on Saturday as we are taking on the coastal challenge 😉.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone that came and celebrated 10 years of DP last night. It was a fabulous evening, I had the best time, I hope you all did too.
Not a single bit of active wear in sight, (not even me 🤭), you all looked wonderful. There were some great moves thrown about on the dance floor thou, I even saw a burpee 😂.

It was so lovely to see so many of you and it was wonderful to chat and dance the night away with you all.
You really are a fabulous group of people and I thoroughly enjoyed spending the evening with you all.

Here's to the next 10 years 🥳🎉

How quick has this week gone 😲?
It's been absolutely exhausting, but it has been absolutely brilliant too.
It's always great to get back to it after a break, but it's even better to see all my remarkable warriors arriving pumped and raring to go ready to tackle their sessions.

Massive well done Warriors, you've been brilliant 👏.

I'm back and I think I've answered all messages, emails and enquiries. If I've missed you, just give me a nudge and I will get back to you.

It was straight back to training and my awesome warriors were super pumped and ready to be back training again! It's lovely to have a break, but it's great to get back to it 😉. They all absolutely smashed their sessions with great positivity and enthusiasm.
