Located at Herne Bay Train Station, Fight the Demon (FTD) HQ is set to be a leading center for Cameron Else Mixed Martial Arts, offering a unique mix of fitness, health, and mental wellness services. Our philosophy is centered around groundbreaking mental health approaches, focusing on prevention and resilience-building, alongside traditional physical fitness.

FTD HQ is more than a gym; it's a comprehensive wellness hub. Easily accessible from Ramsgate, Margate, and other key Kent locations, it's designed to be a welcoming space for all. As the first UFC fighter from Kent, my goal is to give back to the community and grow MMA in our region.

I’m excited to welcome you to FTD HQ, where we offer a range of amenities including a Coffee Shop, a Recovery Room with saunas and therapy beds, a Hot Yoga Suite, a Merchandise Store, and a quality-focused General Gym with capped membership. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project.

Good evening everyone,

I hope your weekend was as wonderful as mine. I'm thrilled to announce that at 6pm tonight, I will be unveiling the location of our new gym, along with some fantastic visuals to give you a sneak peek of what's in store. I appreciate your patience and can't wait to share with you the fruits of my hard work and passion.

As many of you know, my journey in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) has been a transformative one. What began as a dream is now turning into reality. I'm on the brink of opening the doors to a new era of MMA, and I'm eager to share this journey with you. I believe MMA has the power to positively influence lives, and I'm excited to witness this transformative experience with each one of you.

Apart from my love for MMA, my commitment to mental health advocacy is something that resonates deeply with me. During some of my toughest times, grappling with depression, I developed a personal coping strategy that I named "Fight The Demon" (FTD). This approach, born out of my own struggles and victories, has since grown into something much bigger. Starting with helping just one person, FTD has now impacted the lives of many, proving its effectiveness and touching many hearts along the way.

I'm excited to share that my work with FTD is evolving into something monumental - an innovative app that promises to be a groundbreaking tool in the realm of mental health. While I can't reveal too much just yet, one key feature of this app is its ability to provide unique and valuable data on mental health monthly. This data will be a significant resource for professionals, offering new insights into understanding and combating mental health challenges.

FTD HQ will not just be the heart of Cameron Else Mixed Martial Arts; it will also be the birthplace of this transformative mental health movement. I'm looking forward to giving you a closer look at what FTD HQ will offer.

Get ready to be blown away because this weekend, we're finally unveiling pictures of our brand new gym! I've poured my heart and soul into this project, and I can't wait for you all to see the incredible design we've come up with.

Now, I know there have been some delays, but trust me when I say it's been out of my control. The landowners have been causing a bit of a hold-up, but rest assured, the wait will be well worth it.

I've always dreamed of creating the ultimate sports institute, and that's exactly what I'm doing. I've traveled the world, training at the most elite facilities, and now I'm bringing that same level of excellence right to your doorstep.

Good morning all , its been a long time coming, but I can now officially confirm that contracts have been signed and keys are being picked up this Monday.

Cameron Else Mixed Martial Arts is opening a state of the arts facility. It has been very long overdue with many times coming close to having somewhere and then always falling through.

I've alway stated that when I open I want it to be big enough, for a full time facility. It will be the biggest and most complete mma facility in kent with everything under one roof.

Over the years as many of you know I have trained at the best gyms in the world, I have seen what works and what doesn't. So now I get to give the younger generation the best chances to make it to the highest levels.

Within my school of excellence will be the following.

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

American freestyle Wrestling ( Division 1 American Wrestling coach)

Aba Boxing ( 16ft boxing ring)

K1 kick boxing.

MMA ( Full size competition octagon)

Strength & Conditioning

Sauna and cold plunge

Red light therapy

Fighters longue

Coffee and healthy kitchen shop.

Hello guys,

Just to let you all know, I have been trying for many years to get a building/ unit big enough to be able to open up officially 🙌.

It's been very hard to get something sorted, which is ridiculous considering Thanet District Council do nothing to help. It's actually so sad to know that our own council do noth apart from make things hard.

But regardless , I have not stop trying and now I am closer than ever before to getting a building which is over 5000SqF in size !

I do not want to jinx it, so will not say where it is. However just know that everyone can get direct to the gym within 15 mins exact of the thanet area.

Thank you for all being so patient 🙏 I promise you all when it happens its going to be great.
