For the 12th consecutive year we have supported the annual Thanet School Games Tennis Festival, this time at Broadstairs Tennis Club.

The standard of rallying was incredible despite the fact that many of the kids hadn’t played much before.

Congratulations to Chilton who won the title this year.

So proud of Yianni 💪🎾.

From shy boy to champion 💪

When I first met Yianni he was painfully shy! Group sessions were out of the question and our 121 sessions were 50 50 at best.

Fast forward a few years and he’s going to County training, winning the East Kent Champs and today lifted the trophy at today’s Under 8’s tourney at Spencer Square Tennis Courts.

The development in both his personality, confidence and self belief has been transformational and being involved in it has been a total pleasure 🙏.

📣 A huge congratulations to Jamie MacRae on completing his apprenticeship with Infinity Tennis this week!

Jamie joined us as a young player with a passion for tennis and has grown into a qualified Level 3 Tennis Coach, a valued member of our team and, this year, both Kent Young Person of the Year and National Young Person of the Year. 👏

His journey shows the power of investing in local young people and creating meaningful career opportunities right here in East Kent.

We're incredibly proud of everything Jamie has achieved and excited to see what comes next.

Stan had a memorable week at the East Kent Champs defeating the number 3 seed in the Under 16’s and finishing 4th overall in the Under 16’s.

The Under 18’s proved more challenging losing in the quarterfinals to a big serving lad from Avenue 4-6 4-6.

We all know Stan is a lovely lad but this was recognised by the tournament as he was awarded Person of the Day for sportsmanship, fair play and dealing with loss in a super positive way by learning!

Marlo was out at the East Kent Championships in his first Grade 4 tournament today…

We have a new champion in our midst as Yianni has been crowned the U8’s East Kent Champion 2026.

The final was watched by a large crowd as every point was contested to the highest standard.

Yianni eventually prevailed 10-6 after a series of incredible shot patterns and tactical excellence.

Also congratulations to Vihein and Stefan who produced some amazing tennis to the delight of their coaches and family members 👏👏👌

One of our favourite projects is the East Kent Community Partnership (EKCP) where we provide free equipment and coaching to schools with high levels of free school meals.

🎾 up to 16 hours of free qualified coaching

Big thanks to the TASSO Foundation and RMG Associates for making this project possible by funding it.
