DCCL T20 Plate Day!

Birch Vale & Thornsett Cricket Club are very pleased to welcome everyone to the Derbyshire & Cheshire Cricket League T20 Plate Day. Taking place this Sunday the 6th of September.

Fixtures as follows:

Hollingworth V Birch Vale 10AM
New Mills V Newton Approx. 1:30PM
FINAL 5PM

Key Details:

1) Car Parking

Car parking on the day at the club will be restricted to players and officials, as well as those who have difficulty walking.

Street parking is possible all along Hayfield Road, just below the ground. Please park considerately and try street parking as your first option.

There will be Birch Vale CC Members on hand to assist with where to park at the ground, for those using our parking facilities.

2) Food & Drink

For hot food, we will be running a BBQ at the club from 9am through to lunch time. It will include bacon and sausage barms in the morning and burgers and posh dogs at lunch time.

From 3pm until 7pm we will have pizza onsite.
Our bar will also be fully stocked with both draught l***r & IPA, as well as bottled beers, ciders, w**e, prosecco, soft drinks and snacks.

Only alcoholic drinks bought at the club can be consumed on the ground.

3) Seating

We have benches and will provide additional seating on the day, but people are welcome to bring their own seating options such as camping chairs and picnic blankets.

High Peak Comps donated a NINJA Creami towards the raffle! 🍦

We hear they raised an amazing £9000 on the day! WOW! 👏
