Yesterday I had the privilege of once again leading the Lincolnshire Swim England Talent Camp as Head Coach.

Over the past few years, one of the most rewarding parts of being involved has been the opportunity to help impact swimmers beyond my own club environment. Seeing athletes from across Lincolnshire come together, learn, challenge themselves, and then go on to achieve major milestones is what makes these camps so valuable.

What’s especially pleasing is now seeing swimmers who previously attended these camps qualify for Summer Nationals. That progression matters. It shows younger swimmers sitting in their club sessions right now what is possible with consistency, ambition, and the right environment around them.

Talent camps are never just about one weekend. They are about exposure to new ideas, raising standards, building connections across clubs, and helping swimmers believe they belong at the next level.

A huge thank you to all coaches, staff, and swimmers involved. The future of Lincolnshire swimming looks bright.

Pleased to restart holiday clinics working with and utilising the National swimmers after their successful summer championships 🙌

Nearly two weeks until our summer stroke clinics. Using our national swimmers to support the next generation learn stroke technique and skills to hopefully also to compete at the highest levels.

No rest for our national swimmers who’ll be passing on their experience to the next generation.

Clinics start WC 11th August within Grantham st the meres leisure centre.

Monday 11th August - butterfly
Tuesday 12th August - backstroke
Wednesday 13th August - breaststroke
Thursday 14th August - frontcrawl

Open to both GSC members and external competitive swimmers. Be part of it 🙌

First clinic since moving to the East Midlands. Same format with leading session and using national swimmers to demonstrate technique & skills.

We’ll run one on each stroke WC 11th August

Please find information regarding a series of stroke technique clinics which will run from Monday 11th August through to Thursday 14th August.

Information below is for the first clinic which will be focused on butterfly on Monday 11th August.

There is limited capacity on each clinic which is open to GSC & non GSC competitive swimmers
