Combat Academy UK has classes for Adults and Children in the Thames Valley area. Established in 1989 we teach a mixed martial arts system which is Ju – Jitsu based. Our classes typically include pad work, throws locks and take-downs, ground fighting. Our junior class programme is an excellent support method to parents and re-enforces those important traits such as sportsmanship and a sense of fair play. All of our instructors are qualified, Insured and have DBS disclosure

Today we congratulate Craig Moss on the achievement of his red belt and one tab in our kickboxing system.

Craig is a private client, and is pictured here with Oliver Cannons who assisted Craig’s assessment with the sparring rounds.

Starting 1st October, Ian will be opening up the Thursday class 6-7pm at Altwood School to all ages.

With the support of the coaching team, Ian will have two matted areas, one for the juniors, one for the adults…

The class focus will be the traditional Ju-Jitsu elements, so it will be ideal for grading preparation.

Initially, the plan is to have this as a trial to see how it’s received.
