Another great success with professional ice hockey player client Vojtech Kloz.

We set max caloric deficit together with customized training programme and “Boby”managed to drop amazing 9,8kg within 7weeks from 119kg down to 109.2kg and at the same time increased his strength and maximum performance.

Boby had 24/7 support what I give to all my clients and results were absolutely amazing with his hard work and dedication in age of 35.

Personal trainers should NOT give you prescribed nutritional plan. Instead educate and teach clients to understand and explain to you how body works, teach you calculate calories and give clients a “clue” how to change their current nutritional habbits. PT who offers you prescribed nutritional plan, even if it’s right or wrong want most of the time rip you off your money as most of them are not qualified to prescribe but to give you an advice only. Only Nutritional Specialist, not advisor, should prescribe and tell you what to eat.

This is the first indication you should turn yourself around and leave as this person don’t want to change your entire life.

Because educating clients is the right way to reach long time results.

I don’t see a point to pay money for 3months nutritional program. Whats gonna happen after 3months? Are you gonna follow same meals for the rest of your life to stay fit and healthy...?

Goal for omost of the people is not a six pack or however you wanna call it, goal is to have functional body and have energy for daily tasks...then fatloss will come along

Can you imagine to entirely change your life when you are over 40, 45 or 50...?

Do you think it's impossible?

Here is one fact...

This is exactly what happened to my client Jane, who reached out after trying to lose weight countless times.

I don't like talk numbers such as measures, weigh or age etc. about women publicly, but incredible progress within last 12months, feeling happy, confident and full of energy, and mainly she looks absolutely amazing at her age. Still having beloved glass of wine over the weekends.

Jane works as Vice president of financial corporation in Central London lives very busy life demanding commuting, energy and very high stress level which turned out as key factor in her lifestyle change. Always felt low on energy, tired, exhausted, waking up very early morning and coming back home by 7pm.

She broke down the barriers of time excuses supported by her husband, in weekly food preparation and proved everything it's possible if you really want.

I do understand everyone is busy, family, kids, job, housework, all this is very time demanding. That's why It's really comfortable for my clients that I work around your schedule and I come to clients home, garden or train outdoor. All you need is bit of space. everything else leave it with me. I prescribe everything based on your requirements, needs and habits.

Soon enough Jane was able to perform more difficult exercises, running and started feeling stronger...

This was my biggest prove we are going in the right direction...
