Mobility exercises and training are essential for overall health, athletic performance, and daily functionality.
You can easily incorporate mobility by doing dynamic stretches (leg swings, arm circles, hip openers), using the foam roller DAILY (I know π₯΄) as it releases tightness, doing a yoga or Pilates class and or targeted mobility exercises (thoracic rotations, cat-cow stretches, and deep squats).
Incorporating mobility training into your routine will not only improve your physical health but also enhance the quality of your movements and your life! π
