🔥 WEDNESDAY HYBRID HOUR 🔥

Box jumps ✔️ Running sprints ✔️ Dumbbell bear crawls ✔️

This morning the ladies tackled EVERYTHING that was thrown at them and then some! 💪

Not every workout is pretty. Not every workout feels easy. But showing up, digging deep, and getting it done anyway is where progress happens.

Proud of every single one of you for pushing through, encouraging each other, and proving once again just how strong and capable you are. 👏

The girls did it ALL today. 💚🖤

💫 Client Testimonial 💫

I’ve been working with Liz since around September last year.  My reasons for reaching out to Liz for personal training sessions was due to a Functional Neurological Disorder diagnosis 3 years ago that left me living with right-sided weakness and balance issues. I have had to learn how to walk again numerous times and when I have flare ups I have to turn to walking aids to help me through that period.  Due to this condition my confidence for exercising, especially in front of people, was gone as day to day you never know how our symptoms will present. 

My goals when reaching out to Liz was to get physically stronger so hopefully my symptoms would improve and gain confidence in my mind / body connection that would allow me to start working out in small groups.

Liz has been so patient with me throughout my time with her. She took a very gradual, personalised approach to building my strength and stability, always making sure I felt comfortable and supported at each stage. Her guidance has been thoughtful and realistic, adapting sessions when needed and keeping everything manageable (but also knowing when I had more to give and giving me a gentle push to dig a bit deeper and reach my potential)

 Thanks to her support, I’ve seen steady progress in both my strength and balance. Most importantly, I’ve become much more confident in my abilities, so much so that I have recently also started joining in her small group sessions.

I would highly recommend Liz to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging personal trainer , she has really taken the time to get to know me and tailors my programme to help me achieve my goals at a pace that’s manageable.

When you're questioning yourself, doubting your progress, or wondering if you're good enough...
Remember this 👇

✨ You are someone else's inspiration.

Someone is watching you show up when it's hard. Someone is inspired by your determination. Someone is looking at your journey and thinking, "If she can do it, maybe I can too."

The things you see as small victories are often the things others admire most.

Keep going. Keep showing up. Keep believing in yourself, even on the days it's difficult.

You are stronger, more capable, and more inspiring than you realise. 💚

I think this lesson is 🔑 for today, today's Hybrid Hour Class was the fullest it's ever been with extended spaces. New faces taking on the challenges and striving for their own journeys. Couldn't be prouder.

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY 🍴💪

Today started at 5:30am and won't finish until after 10pm . .

✔️ PT clients ✔️ My own training ✔️ 12-hour shift ✔️ Everything else life throws in between

Days like this are exactly why food prep is non-negotiable for me.

When you're busy, tired, and constantly on the go, it's easy to grab whatever is convenient. Having meals and snacks prepared means I can fuel my body properly, keep my energy up, recover from training, and avoid the "I'll just grab anything" trap.

Success doesn't come from being motivated every day. It comes from having systems in place for the days when life is hectic.

Preparation beats willpower every single time. 👊🔥

🚨 DAILY REMINDER 🚨

You are capable. You are worthy. You are unstoppable. ❤️

This morning wasn't perfect.

We had injuries. We had tired bodies. We had busy minds. We had life throwing obstacles in the way.

But we showed up anyway.

Not because it was easy, but because we know that progress isn't built on perfect days. It's built on the days when motivation is low, energy is lacking, and life is testing us... yet we still choose to keep moving forward.

Every rep, every step, every drop of sweat was proof that we are stronger than the excuses trying to hold us back.

So if today feels hard, remember this:
You don't have to be perfect. You just have to keep going.

And that's exactly what these incredible ladies did this morning. 🔥

What creates consistency? 👇

Falling in love with the PROCESS… not just the results.

Because results come and go — but when you genuinely enjoy the process, consistency becomes part of who you are 🔥
