✨ WELCOME COACH CLAIRE ✨
Many of you already know Claire and the energy she brings to Built for Fitness 💖
Fitness has always been part of Claire’s life in one way or another, but around 4 years ago she discovered her love for strength training and realised fitness is about so much more than just the number on the scales.
As a busy mum of 2 and working full time as a Housing Officer, Claire understands how difficult it can be trying to fit exercise into everyday life. But no matter how hectic life gets, she’s always made time for herself — and through that she’s built confidence, strength, friendships and a real passion for helping others.
Claire has worked so, so hard to finalise her fitness qualification and I honestly couldn’t be prouder of everything she has achieved 💪✨
She’s also taking on one of her biggest challenges yet — the Deadly Dozen in June — something she admits she never would have believed she could do before. A true reminder of what confidence, consistency and fitness can build.
Through her own journey Claire has gained so much knowledge, confidence and understanding of the challenges that real life can bring — and that’s exactly what makes her so relatable.
Her encouragement, energy and supportive nature are what people naturally gravitate towards, and we know she’s going to help so many women feel stronger, fitter and more confident in themselves 💖
