Hi All,
I now have an abscess! Went to the dentist and have to go to a specialist.. anyways enough about that.
I have decided to hang my trainers up for good, what with losing my voice last week, an abscess this week and some family health issues this past couple of weeks I’m taking that as a sign to say that this isn’t going to work for me ..:
We’ve had a last hurrah and I’m so grateful for my years as a fitness instructor and all the support you have given me..
There are some amazing instructors out there so I know you will be in great hands … Thankyou again for all the fun .. it’s been sooo bloody brilliant.
No doubt I will see you down the road somewhere.

Hi Everyone,
Sorry it’s been so long since I’ve been in contact.
Due to situations out of my control on Saturdays i have decided that I won’t be coming back to Saturday Zumba so Vicky will be permanently taking this class, however I have missed teaching classes and will be returning on Thursday evenings.
Starting in the next couple of weeks
Total Body Workout will start at 6pm (my old Wednesday class) this class is a mix of Combat / Boxercise / Core style Class
Followed by
ZUMBA at 7.15pm
£7 per class.
If you can’t make Thursdays but used to come along to my Saturday classes I just wanted to say Thankyou so so much for your support for the classes, we had a blast and I loved our Saturdays together and I hope you continue on with Vicky.
If you do want to come along on Thursdays could you let me know so I can gauge numbers.
I want to stay in storrington but if I can’t get the numbers will switch to Worthing way… Thankyou lovelies ###

Hi all,
So I’ve decided to step back for a few weeks… Vicki will cover from next week… I’m struggling at the moment and I can’t be the instructor that I want to be or that you deserve.
You deserve consistency and that’s something I can’t give you, I don’t have time for new routines etc so I’m going to pass the mantle temporarily and know that you are in good hands… please support Vicki she’s just starting out on her journey and I have no doubt she’ll become a great instructor… I’ll obviously keep you updated and look forward to seeing you soon… all my love x
