Mum & Baby Sculpt
This 45-minute postnatal strength class is designed for mums who want to gently rebuild strength, improve confidence, and enjoy moving again, all while bringing their baby along.
Classes are held in a female-only, bespoke studio with small class sizes (maximum 6 mums) to ensure a calm, supportive environment.
Sessions use a mix of weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls and circles, and are led by a fully pre & postnatal trained instructor, so every exercise is safe, adaptable, and appropriate for postnatal recovery.
Babies are welcome to relax, play or watch while you train — no childcare needed and no pressure if you need to stop, feed or settle them.
