Bloom Pilates Friendly, dynamic, nurturing Pilates,
for all ages and abilities.

I have studied Pilates for a number of years, obtaining my mat work diploma in 2019 which included a full range of modules including designing exercises for people with common orthopaedic conditions and also pre and post-natal Pilates. More recently I have also studied reformer Pilates and currently work in Haslemere for physiotherapist Karol House. I teach a wide range of clients there, including

people recovering from injury, those wishing to advance their practice and also my senior ‘BoyZone’ club for the over 80’s. I also have a 2 year old daughter, Martha and practiced Pilates throughout my pregnancy and as part of my recovery post birth.
