Billingham B Team Result 🎾
Greenfield A 3 - 6 Billingham B
It was a difficult first game away for the B team as they faced old adversaries Greenfield A, the true definition of a wet, cold Tuesday night game in Stoke.
Greenfield made it difficult for Billingham early on particularly with their veterans J. Chan and C. Paterson who narrowly lost to J. Snowball and H. Solway and S. Pollard and A. Coates. The newest pair of N. Ma and G. Corbett played spectacularly well winning their first 2 games and only narrowly losing the 3rd on a tie-break.
The regular pairing of M. Chan/S. Pattinson were also a bit hit and miss but their hardwork and endeavour paid off as they managed to come through 3 tough games unscathed.
A great win for the B team in a difficult first game. ⭐️
