Right. American Football Coaches we need you!

Without sounding like your typical hinge profile, here’s a little about us -

🏈 We’re the oldest Women’s American Football team in the North of England. Established in 2013 👵🏻

🏈 In that time we have grown with the sport, to winning the NWFL 7s league in 2023 and making it into the NWFL 9s league the following year.

🏈 We have an impressive line up of GB players on our roster and have some hellish rookies who will undoubtedly become powerhouses.

🏈 Our home base is Billingham Rugby Club TS23 4BA.

Now about you -

🫵 - Our HC must have a L2 qualification and any assistant coaches must be L1 qualified. (And can provide proof)

🫵 - You must have experience coaching an American football team.

🫵 - Have good banter. We work hard but we play hard and we have a laugh (our viral video is a perfect example of such) It’s the Steeler way 🤷‍♀️

It’s with a heavy heart we’re announcing that mam and dad won’t be joining us for the 2027 season.

Both coach Pardey and coach Boawe have been a key piece of our teams success over the past few years. From our NWFL 7s National win to us joining the big dogs in the 9s division.

We wish them both all the best in their future endeavours. Even though we’re gutted they’re leaving us. 😭💔
