The infinity stones of weight loss.
For those of you unfamiliar with the infinity stones they are 6 stones each with its own unique power making the bearer more powerful.
When all 6 are combined you become the most power being in the universe.
Lucky for you I have the 6 infinity stones of fat loss below.
1). Adherence stone -
There are a million diets, fads, crazes, hippy potions and magic pills out there to fill a black hole. The only one you to need to be worried about is one you can stick to for 2 weeks, 1 month or forever.
This is the important bit as it’s enjoyable. If you like eating 80% organic “clean” food and then 20% of whatever the f**k you want then do it. The goal here is to find something that allows you to remain human
2). The calorie stone -
Now we have a plan of attack we need to know what weapons to bring. This is the calories!
Now in short, yes calories are calories no matter what. You can eat after 6 or right before going to bed you should lose weight.
But not all calories are 100% equal. Without going to deep, consuming 2000 calories of ice cream and Coca Cola isn’t going to make you feel great and mess your blood sugar around a lot.
But eating 1500 calories of normal food and finishing the day with 500 calories of coke and ice cream makes for a very happy planet destroyer.

3). The small change stone
A lot of world conquerers jump in feet first and remove everything they like. Crisps, chocolate, fizzy drinks, biscuits and alcohol.
These are the things that keep us sane. As with the calorie stone once you know and understand calories you can include these foods in your diet.
Changing small things such as Pepsi to Pepsi max (aspartame won’t kill you in low doses) having 1 sugar in your tea or coffee, having semi skimmed milk instead of full fat.
All of these small changes add up to the big change.
4). The workout stone
This one is a very diverse stone as it’s all dependent on the bearer. Some people will gain the ability to run forever, some will gain unknown amounts of strength and some will gain the ability to actually enjoy burpees (weirdos)
But as with the adherence stone you need to find something you enjoy. Something you can follow and actually progress with.
5). The prep stone
The prep stone helps set all the other stones into motion, but by itself it is a very valuable stone and can help set you up with the best foot forward.
Preparing lunches, dinners and snacks while you’re out and about will save you from the dreaded supermarket sweep when you’re hungry and tired and buying 7 chocolate bars a sandwich, a can of monster and an ice cream.
6). The don’t step on the f**king scales stone
This could be one of the most important stones. Weight loss doesn’t happen linear.
You can lose 5lbs one week and gain 2lbs the next but although you are still 3lbs down from the start this still messes with your head.
That’s when things get desperate and start getting silly with the weight loss.
Your best bet with this stone is to take photos and just genuinely look in the mirror to see what changes are happening. Worst case scenario would be to weigh once a month or use a measuring tape to gauge progress.
