Each individual client receives a preliminary consultation including health assessment, fitness testing, food diary and goal setting. Once all the relevant information is gathered a personalised training plan is developed to help achieve the goals in the most effective and fun way. Sports Massage
I’m a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and use a combination of techniques such as Kinesio Taping & rehabilitation exercises to speed up the recovery of sports injuries. This can be an individual session or alongside sports teams. Strength and conditioning/ Group sessions
I currently work with sports teams on their pre-season strength and conditioning, getting them into the best possible shape for the season ahead. I also do group training so if there are more than two of you interested in getting fit I can tailor an hour long session, or if you have a group of you training for a specific event or race then I can design the class towards that.
