I train because I like proving something to myself.
That I can keep going when it’s uncomfortable.
That I can stay committed when motivation fades.
That I can push past the voice that says “stop.”

For some people the gym is for building muscle, but it’s where I build evidence.

Evidence that I’m disciplined.
Evidence that I’m capable.
Evidence that I can handle hard things.

And that confidence carries into every other area of my life.

These five simple habits make a huge difference:

1️⃣ Keep your sleep + wake times steady
2️⃣ Give yourself a little wind-down time
3️⃣ Cool the room down
4️⃣ Skip the late-night snacks, drinks, and caffeine

Took a break from all this to get my head straight, focus on my own training and my clients, and just have a proper reset. Social media can become overwhelming if you let it, so a break was definitely needed.
