2021 was a crazy year. An absolute rollercoaster!!
Lots of ups and lots of downs in business and In my personal life. So I’ve taken a step back and Hit the ‘reset button!’
I had a great year RK Health and Fitness I met lots of amazing people who I see as really good friends now.
Taking the decision to step away from Full Time Personal Training wasn’t easy but it gives me the opportunity to develop new skills, secure a steady, reliable income and most importantly be there for my family.
Having a job as well as being self employed isn’t ideal for most people but being self employed and having 6 young mouths to feed came with financial inconsistencies that where too much to deal with, so a steady income takes off lots of pressure.
I’m in a much better position now and I am taking on a limited amount of clients online and 1to1, I’m also running some classes too (more details to follow)
During my Personal Training Career, I have helped hundreds of people on their fitness journey and developed their knowledge in health and fitness, I will continue to provide an exceptional service for all my amazing clients!!
