These beautiful spring mornings can only mean one thing - the cricket season is around the corner!

Our All Stars and Dynamos courses are now available for booking. We’re delighted to confirm Brent will be coaching the children again this year 🦸‍♂️.

Like last year we’ll have a taster session 24th April (please do let the children bring a friend) and then we’ll officially start the course from 1st May. The standard length of the courses is 8 weeks but (subject to the weather) we will run through to the summer holidays - 17 weeks for the price of 8!

Dynamos Cricket provides boys and girls from 8-11 years old with non-stop fun. Each week there will be a focus on a different cricket skill to build their confidence and ability, before they take part in a 60-ball countdown cricket match.

A huge thank you to everyone who came and support our charity day last weekend. We are delighted to announce that with the donations from players taking part in the games, raffle ticket sales, auction of the Village Cricket Co cricket bat and donation from the bar sales we raise a huge £1,616 which split is £808 for each of our fantastic charities!

Today’s the day!!! Come on down and help us raise money for two incredible charities, matches start at 12 and 2.30pm, all ages and abilities welcome.

We’ve got a raffle with some fantastic prizes to be had, beer, wine, gift vouchers, chocolates and more!

We’ve are also auctioning off a brand new cricket bat that has been donated by villagecricketco worth over £100 😱

Join us for a softball and hardball match, £5 per person. All ages and abilities welcome. Teams picked on the day.
Raffle and tombola being held too.

All money raised this year is going to be split between SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death on Epilepsy) & Cancer Research. Bar open from 11.30am. Come and join us for some fun!

If you have any bottles you wish to donate to the tombola or a raffle prize it would be much appreciated, please either drop them into the bar at the club or contact me and I can arrange to collect.

The penultimate weekend!

Our 1st XI were away at Tamworth & Camphill with the 2nd XI home against Warwickshire County Council Staff.

The juniors took all the glory today taking the only wickets in their teams with 1 each 👏 well done to Charlie, Olly & James 🙌
