Join me for an intermediate level complete yoga session on Saturday the 4th of July.
10am -11.30 (UK time)

We will follow Ashtanga Yoga primary series with many options and modifications. Detailed instructions are given for each postures.

If you are relatively new to Ashtanga practice, this is a perfect session!
You can practice at your own level/pace.

The workshop will end with meditation and savasana (relaxation) followed by closing chant. You will feel amazingly alive, clear headed and relaxed.

Are you a good sleeper? Can you unwind and relax easily at bedtime?
All my life, as long as I can remember, I struggled to sleep. Even as a small child.

I made a short (13 min) SLEEP EASY yoga video you can do before going to bed, to help you to relax and switch off. This comes with 10 page pdf SLEEP EASY tips.

Sometimes the mind doesn’t need fixing.
It just needs somewhere to put things.

When thoughts stay in your head, they tend to go round and round and feel bigger than they are.

Writing them down — even briefly, even imperfectly — can be enough to create a bit of space.

And sometimes, even in meditation, the most helpful thing is to pause, note it down, and then come back.

Simple, but surprisingly effective.

If your mind has been feeling a bit busy lately, you might like to try this.
