What a way to start the day with a great class!

High-energy Pilates, plenty of challenges, lots of laughs and even more smiles. I love what I do. 💛

Now it’s time to swap teaching for studio cleaning, class prep, admin and planning for something new and exciting that’s currently in the works… watch this space!

I’m still smiling after this weekend’s Pelvic Health Workshop so thank you for all of your lovely feedback 😊

Thank you to everyone who attended and made it such a positive experience.

I am already looking at holding this workshop again as I’ve had a few people who weren’t able to make it this weekend ask if I can do it again. If you are interested in attending reach out and I will keep you posted.

Coffee in hand and officially done for the day ☕️

A huge thank you to everyone who attended my two pelvic health workshops today.

Pelvic health is something that affects so many of us, yet it’s often not talked about enough. Seeing such engagement, questions and open conversations today was incredibly rewarding.

Now it’s time to recharge with a well-earned coffee and reflect on a successful day of sharing knowledge, building confidence and helping people understand that pelvic health matters.

Thank you to everyone who came along I hope you found the workshop beneficial and I can’t wait for the next one 🙂

Exercise doesn’t always have to feel like exercise……

Sometimes it’s climbing walls, laughing with your daughter, trying something new and seeing what your body can do!

This little superstar had me working hard to keep up today. She is way better at climbing than me but I had a fab time trying (I may need to work on my upper body strength!)

Move for health. Move for strength. Most importantly move for joy.

Classes resume on Monday, and I can’t wait to see everyone again.

Most classes are fully booked (thank you!) but a few spaces are currently available:

✨ Tuesday 6:00pm Strength & Sculpt Pilates – 2 spaces
✨ Wednesday 10:45am Mixed Ability Pilates – 1 space
✨ Friday 9:15am High Intensity Pilates – 2 spaces

If you’ve been thinking about starting Pilates, or if you’d like to add a second class to your week now is a great time to join.

Join me for a supportive and informative workshop designed to help women better understand their pelvic floor health in a relaxed, welcoming environment 💛

🌿 Morning Session | 10:00am–11:30am
More guidance towards pre/peri-menopause women but open to all

🌿 Afternoon Session | 1:30pm–3:00pm
More guidance towards post-menopausal women but open to all

Both sessions include:
