BIG NEWS!

As part of our Summer Open, we are launching a brand new pop up social space. The perfect spot to cool down after your workouts.

But first we need a theme and we want YOUR help!

How to get involved:

1. Pop to reception after your next workout
2. Grab a suggestion slip and write down your theme idea. (Wimbledon vibes. Tropical fitness club?)
3. Drop it in the entry tub!

We will shortlist the top three and you'll get to vote using our famous Lego system.

Bonus points, write your name on the slip for a chance to win a free drink on the house!

We are so excited to host our Menopause Workshop on May 16th with Midlife Qualified Expert Anna Weller. This isn't just for those currently in menopause, it’s designed for mothers, daughters, and anyone aged 20+ who wants to understand their body better.

Anna will be diving into:
> Understanding the endocrine system.
> How your hormones shift during midlife.
> Practical ways to keep hormones balanced.

This workshop is FREE for members and friends, with an option to donate and receive follow up reading to keep your journey going at home.
