What a year it has been and what a great night we had last night for our last Wing Chun training session.

For those that attended we focused on the 1st 3 sentences of the Mook Yan Jong (wooden dummy).

A big thanks to all our students and to all our sister schools throughout the UK.

We are looking forward to seeing what 2024 has in store for this year.

So let's get started here are the dates for all our adult Saturday sessions in 2024.

Starting with the 1st Saturday of 2024 the 6th WCI Bicester

We will also be seeing the start of our regular adults Wing Chun weekly sessions from the 8th.
