Groove Lite is a less intense version of Groove Aerobics, still just as fun! great routines and fabulous Motown/soul tracks! Everyone welcome 😀🙌🙌

Hey everyone! So if you weren’t at Groove last week you will have missed the news that unfortunately tomorrow night is my last Groove class at Kingsmere community centre!! ☹️
but don’t worry the class will still continue with another instructor Candy 😀👏👍

I’d love to see you all for a final Groove tomorrow night at 8pm if you can make it? 😀🙌🙌

So I’m beyond proud of my amazing hubby Gareth Walker, since we met when I was 14! You have always wanted your own show in the west end! And you’ve done it my love!!! 👏😍 Gareth your creation, direction and choreography in this show is incredible!! So pleased for you and can’t wait for people to see your brilliance! Just goes to show that, hard work, perseverance and being a good person pays off! And obviously fierce talent!❤️
Also the cast are truely wonderful 👍👏
