Be ARMY FIT We provide army style fitness classes in the Bicester area.

Army fitness at your front door, I have done 18 yrs in the army and most of them as a fitness instructor, The sessions are at a basic level to a high level of fitness, we have done competitions as a team.

Great night, thank you to everybody that came to the silent disco last night and placed bids in the auction. A fantastically fun way to raise money. If anybody has any photos please feel free to tag Be ARMY FIT. There was some crazy dancing going on, you know who you are Mr Gangnam!
