To all squad members from last Saturday 8th training. One of our gymnasts has lost her handguards, they are in a black handguard bag with sparklers on and has pink/purple drawstrings. If we could ask everyone to have a look in their gym bags please just in case they was put in the wrong bag we would really appreciate it.

Unfortunately this does mean that their will be NO training on this day.

We would like to wish you a very happy New Year and hope 2023 is a good one for you all.

We would like to thank all of our club from the coaches, admin staff, gymnasts and parents for all your support over this last year.

This was our first year not interrupted by covid and managed to intake lots of new gymnasts to the club - WELCOME TO YOU ALL 🖐🏻.
We have had lots of competitions this year and brought lots of medals home 🥇🥈🥉🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU ALL. And met many new friends from other clubs 😊.

The development of the coaches and gymnasts has been a pleasure to watch and we are proud of you all.

I would just like to end this message in wishing you all a very MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎅🏼 & A HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎉. We look forward to seeing you all in 2023 and we are excited to see what the next year brings.
