I often get asked why I started teaching fitness classes. Here’s why….

I had wanted to teach community classes as when my children were really young I only had enough time and money to attend a twice weekly step class at my local community centre. The instructor was so friendly and a mum too. Her husband served us Diet Coke half way through the class and was the butt of the instructors good natured jokes. After a couple of years the classes folded when this lady moved from the area. I never forgot those classes and they were my Inspiration for forming my own fitness community group.

Real Results Life Fitness, Real Results Fitness for Women, Walk to the Beat and my new Seated fitness brand StandSit FlowFit all have their roots firmly based in my local and online fitness community
