Following the announcement by the Prime Minister to close all playgrounds and outdoor gyms, Bicester Town Council request that parents ensure their children understand the seriousness of this instruction.
Numerous young people were observed by councillors and officers both over the weekend and today not following guidelines of social distancing in play areas and the skatepark.
