Spring is on the doorstep and the gym is starting to feel that little bit brighter again. Lighter mornings, warmer air coming through the doors, and the kind of energy that makes you want to move your body.

I have a small amount of availability opening up for 1:1 strength training sessions on Mondays and Thursdays.

These sessions are for women at all stages.

For the woman who has never stepped foot in a weights area and feels a little unsure where to start.

For the woman who has trained before, maybe even for years, but life got busy, priorities shifted, confidence dipped a little, and now she just needs a space to find her way back.

My coaching is all about building strength in a calm, supportive environment. No pressure, no judgement, and no expectation that you already know what you are doing.

Just turning up, learning the movements, and slowly remembering what your body is capable of.

Strength training is not about punishing yourself. It is about building a body that feels capable, resilient and strong enough to handle real life.

And sometimes it is simply about giving yourself one hour that is just for you.

For the ladies 🤍
January is almost reaching its 356th day… and I don’t know about you but now that some of the overwhelm has started to lift, I’m feeling ready to grab the days by the balls and do a little something good for myself.
I’ll tell you what I’ve become slightly obsessed with lately. Watching women have hair transformations. I don’t know why but they’ve completely taken over my algorithm (along with dancing dogs), and I love them. From the consultation chat, to the honesty, to the final reveal where you can actually see her sparkle again.
It’s made me realise something...that is my favourite part of what I do too.
Meeting women who, for whatever reason, just need a bit of TLC. A reset, a safe space and a plan. Getting them into a session, having a proper chat, putting some pieces in place, and watching them slowly evolve. Not just physically but in how they feel about themselves.
We all need someone in our corner sometimes.
In the PT world, February is usually the month where a few new clients start to come on board, so this is me putting a gentle feeler out there. I currently have a couple of daytime personal training slots available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
This is for any of you who are curious, or quietly know that this might be what you need right now.
We start with a chat. No pressure, no expectations. Just a conversation and then we make a plan together if it feels right.

Christmas Past, Gentle Fresh Starts 🎄🧦

Christmas has been full.
Lovely moments, busy days, late nights, all the food and very little routine.

And tomorrow, for many of us, is that quiet moment where we gently think, I’m ready to feel a bit more like me again.

Not to change everything overnight.
Not to punish ourselves.
Just to find a rhythm that helps us feel better in our bodies and minds.

Tomorrow, a new 8-week Kickstart begins on my platform.

This space is not about perfection or pressure. It is about recognising how you want to feel and putting simple, supportive things in place to help you get started. Strength, movement, nutrition, habits and mindset, all built around real life.

Those 8 weeks are a small part of the bigger journey, but they are often the most insightful and quietly life changing part. The part where things start to make sense.

You will not be doing this alone.
You will be joining a community of women who have been exactly where you are. Many of them began with Kickstart and are now continuing their journey in Momentum.

✨ January Kickstart & Personal Training Sessions Available ✨

January can be a funny old month.
It’s often a little bleak…yet somehow overwhelming at the same time.
New year, new goals, new expectations and suddenly it can feel like all the pressure is on to start perfectly from day one.

This is where Kickstart comes in.

The next round of Kickstart begins on Monday 5th January, and it’s designed to help you build momentum calmly, steadily, and supportively without quick fixes, extremes, or unrealistic promises.

Think of Kickstart as a project focused on you.
Feeling better.
Feeling stronger.
Building confidence.
Learning how to navigate the challenges that make consistency hard and why those challenges exist in the first place.

You’ll be supported with:
• Weekly strength-based programming
• Weekly check-ins and guidance
• Simple, non-restrictive nutrition support
• Education around habits, mindset, hormones, and lifestyle
• A genuinely lovely, community-driven group of women all on their own journeys, supporting one another along the way

I’ve intentionally kept Kickstart affordable, realistic, and human, because lasting change doesn’t come from pressure, it comes from support, understanding, and consistency.

There are 10 spaces available for January, and this is open to any woman who wants to feel better, stronger, and more in control as she moves into the new year.

Round 5 starts tomorrow...I'm so excited!

My lovely round 4 ladies have graduated into the Momentum phase where they continue to thrive and learn more about themselves.

I have 5 lovely ladies already signed up for the next Kickstart and I'm busy getting all of their targets and goals set up so they can fly tomorrow.

I'm also super excited because we have "hormone week" next week which will be really insightful and empowering too.

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted on here. I’ve been pouring my energy into my lovely 1:1 PT clients and my amazing Kickstart & Momentum ladies online. 💪

Round 1, 2, and 3 of Kickstart are now proud graduates (and absolutely smashing it in the Momentum phase 🙌), and my Round 4 ladies are due to graduate at the end of this week. I honestly couldn’t be prouder of how much progress, strength, and confidence they’ve built, both physically and mentally. ❤️

Which means… it’s time to let you know that the next round of Kickstart begins on Monday 3rd November! 🎉

Kickstart is my 8-week online strength and lifestyle coaching programme, designed exclusively for women who want to:

Kickstart Round 4 officially began today and my new ladies have already been welcomed into the Thrive Tribe 💜

But… I’ve decided to leave the doors open just a tiny bit longer. If you’ve started your Monday feeling like you just want to do something for YOU and start feeling better, this is your chance 🙌

✨ Final Call for Kickstart Round 4 ✨

Today is the very last day to join me for this round of Kickstart 💪 The next one won’t start for another 8 weeks, so if you’ve been thinking about focusing a little more on you now that the kids are back at school and summer is winding down, this is the right time.

I’ll be spending today getting everything ready so my new ladies are all set to start tomorrow morning – and you could be starting right alongside them.

Kickstart isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about learning how to build strength, create healthy habits, and finally make changes that actually stick. If you’ve been waiting for a sign… this might be it ✨
