Exciting news , we are now open on a Monday evening too !!

Starting Monday 9th September!!

5pm-6pm-Children’s Martial Arts classes for anyone from the age of 4 years.

6pm-7pm-Ladies only Martial Arts and fitness class. Only £5 per session !! Open to all females from the age of 14 years.

We also still have a Wednesday night.

5-6pm-Children’s Martial Arts class for children ages 4-10years.

6pm-7pm-Children’s Martial Arts class for children over 10 years.

All based in the Garrison gym in Ambrosden.

5-6 pm- 3 years to 9 years old
