We progressively build intensity throughout the session, starting controlled and powerful, before layering in speed and effort to elevate heart rate and push into higher zones as the rounds progress. Expect a steady climb that finishes strong.

Self-paced AMRAP challenges designed to let you own your effort while maintaining strong technique and control.
Round 3 introduces 🔥 “Overdrive” a progressive increase in intensity where you can build beyond your previous beyond your previous benchmark safely and effectively.
