💨 ‘CHANGE OF PACE’ 💨 is our BLAZE TURBO workout for Thursday 3rd September!

Get ready for progressive speed changes in cardio, controlled tempo work in strength and explosive combinations in combat. Here’s what to expect:

CARDIO 💨
Progressively build intensity with progressive hill and speed intervals

STRENGTH 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️
Expect controlled eccentric tempos, compound dumbbell movements and bodyweight conditioning, before building towards more explosive power.

COMBAT 🥊
Combine boxing combinations with lower-body striking and conditioning, finishing with powerful elbow strikes and dynamic movement.
