A New Year (in the UK) & New Year Resolutions???
If so, don’t feel you have to make the same New Year
resolutions by
Trying to lose weight?
Trying to get more active and fitter?
Trying to eat and drink more healthier?
(harder if on a strict low income budget).
If any of these apply to you, then the following may help?
Trying to cope and manage with mental health related problems?
Anxiety, depression, feeling lonely, stress, eating disorders/problems?
If you have and are suffering from the above?
Or a weight problem, and cannot afford expensive weight loss jabs/drugs? Then do what I did many years ago.
Write down a list for your problems and/or get appropriate help for yourself.
Or to lose weight or have an eating or stress related problem which may be causing you to binge, or over eat and compensate for something in in your life?
OR, you may want to try getting fitter or more active?
I suffered from the same problems for many years but thru finding the right type of therapy and support , and a regular exercise routine (suitable for me, then in the 1980s being Jane Fonda and Rosemary Conley aerobics exercise to music classes). As I love dancing and found by doing these type of classes helped me burn off food from my very slow metabolism and provided I kept to a high fibre, low fat type of diet and regular healthier eating plan AND by cutting down on alcohol, (which has empty calories) . I still follow at the age of 65 years young. I have conquered my weight and food problem as I exercise every day and also as part of my part-time work as an Exercise to Music Instructor, currently doing 4 exercises classes a week in my area of EAST SUSSEX.
Don’t make resolutions which you may find too hard to keep.
Just try to improve on last year. Or contact me as my other part-time job is supporting, helping and motivating people to work on problems affecting their lives, quality of life, and abilities.
Remember YOU are WORTH IT!
You do not have to suffer alone.
If I can not help you?
(for a reasonable £25.00 per hour fee).
Or less if have proof of very low income.
I can try other contacts who can.

TVM to everyone from my Dance Ability classes who came to our Xmas Party on Saturday, 13/12/25 in the RAF/Albatross Club in Bexhill on Sea. What a lovely way to spend a Winter’s afternoon with nice people AND great music. I feel vey grateful to have such lovely people who come to my Dance Ability classes as YOU make it, WORTH IT. Also TVM to the Club staff who did a great job for the food, service and the Xmas decorations. Wishing YOU ALL the Xmas you want and a healthy & happy 2026 to YOU & to everyone.
