Just to remind my lovely Zoom students that there is no class tomorrow as I am taking the day off to be with my family.

Big changes ahead as my three youngest go off to uni and my grandson starts school.

Change can feel very stressful if we try to control it or avoid it. My yoga practice has taught me over the years that we suffer when we cling. Learning to flow with our life can help to get rid of anxiety and to become more present. The key to this can be our breath and to learn to slow down.
