This month this collective of amazing women will share their dance journeys and what dance means to them to nurture confidence, champion empowerment and boost group morale.

Dance means something different to everyone. For some, it’s an escape from the stresses of everyday life. For others, it’s a way to build confidence and express themselves. We connect with each other and have fun. There’s no right way to dance and no right reason for doing it. Whatever brings you through the studio, your reason is valid and you deserve to take up space.

Our classes are a great way to grow your confidence and learn a new style of dance. We are here to support you on your journey as you become a part of our supportive community.

💜 Dance is my therapy 💜

Dance is so much more than learning choreography, perfecting technique or performing.

Sometimes, it’s about switching off the noise in your head, turning the music up and giving yourself permission to just move 💃

It can be an escape after a difficult day, a release when life feels overwhelming, a confidence boost when you need it most, or simply an hour where the only person you need to focus on is you.

Movement can be a powerful form of self-care. You don’t have to be the best dancer in the room. You don’t have to get every step right. You just have to show up, move your body and enjoy how it makes you feel.
