🤔That’s why it’s so confusing people that follow just calories and they think that because they’re in their calorie range deficit that they will lose weight!

They won’t lose weight if they’re spiking their insulin levels by choosing the wrong food types

✅ By choosing real foods and avoiding all processed foods is the 1st step

✅Step 2 don’t eat as soon as you wake up leave it longer longer INTERMITTENT FASTING

✅ Eat high protein low carb meals and have your carbs before and after training

What changed everything wasn’t a magic pill it was changing how I worked with my body instead of against it.

By using the Insu-low Method, fasting, prioritising high protein, keeping carbs low and timed around training, and cutting out processed foods, my body started to transform faster than I ever expected.

“A lot of people think fatigue, brain fog, and low energy are just part of being busy.
But often, they’re signs your body is missing key nutrients.

Let’s go through five very common signals.

First: constant fatigue. If you’re sleeping but still waking up drained, that’s a message.
Your body may not be getting what it needs to function properly.

Second: brain fog. Struggling to concentrate, forgetting simple things, or feeling mentally sluggish usually means your system needs more support.

Third: afternoon energy crashes. When your energy drops sharply every day, it’s often tied to nutrient imbalances, not just your schedule.

For a long time, colon cancer was thought of as a disease of old age.

That’s no longer true.

Rates are rising year after year in younger adults and the reason isn’t random genetics.

Colon cancer is often the end-stage result of long-term metabolic damage:
chronically high insulin, excess sugar, ultra-processed foods, and a gut that stays inflamed for years.

Insulin is a powerful growth signal.
When it stays elevated, cells divide faster and normal stop signals break down.
