Aikido is back at the Athletic Club Bexhill, every Wednesday 20.30 start, all welcome. With more beginners starting, this is a great time to give it a go.
In the new year we will be focusing on weapons all night for one week every month. For anyone wanting to avoid the more physical side!! 👍🏼🙏🏼
