I’m a massive advocate for buying healthy meals from the super market but what you have to watch out for because just because it says balanced or healthy meal dosnt necessarily mean that it is
2 separate meals here the top 1 everything green we’re I have circled (if you eat green you get lean lol) the meal below although it says a balanced meal there is 29g off sugar and 2 grams off salt
Daily intake off salt no more than 6 grams
Daily intake off sugar no more than 70 grams
I eat 6 times a day if I put the katsu curry into my daily plan I would have to be really mindful about what I’m eating before and after this
So just because it says balanced or healthy still look at the nutritional contents to make sure you aren’t over doing it on over things
