A beautiful start to our My First Autumn sessions, getting to move, feel, see, hear and smell our way through a journey in the woods 🍂

My First Autumn runs as a 4 week course, each week is a new adventure with Magic, Cosy Cafe and Pumpkin Patch still to explore. It will also be running in October and November (spaces available) suitable from around 6 weeks to confidently crawling

Each part important, each part designed with you an your baby in mind

Stretching - gentle yoga stretches help gross motor skills, muscle development, aids digestion. Fun, interactive and supportive with the 'why' as well as the 'how'

Playtime - new sensory experiences each week to discover and a tone to catch up with each other and enjoy playtime together

Relaxation - we always end the session with some relaxation and sensory play, Baby Yoga leaves babies feeling calm and relaxed and often leads to some very nice naps. As you can see from this week's session, Miles thought this part was extra important!

✨Magic Play Day✨ love Baby and Me but little one is now a bit bigger? Join us for a magical Play Day, 2 hours of free flow play in our immersive aw sorry room full of enchanting play stations

Our August Baby Massage courses come to an end with a little graduation. What a lovely month of smiles, snuggles and snoozes while learning the full body baby massage routine.

I can't quite believe we are going to be starting our Autumn term soon and I definitely can't believe that I've already had to add new sessions due to some being already fully booked!

Baby Massage and Baby Yoga will run as usual and we'll be starting our special autumn sessions of My First Sensory and Baby Spa ..
