Member notice: we can confirm that the leisure club at the Mercure Bewdley The Heath Hotel will not be reopening on 12th April. The hotel is currently in the process of being sold and therefore, the reopening of the health club is not a viable option at this time. We will keep you updated as the sale progresses.
If you have prepaid for your annual membership, we kindly request that you send your details to [email protected], along with any confirmation you would have received whilst you made the payment.
The same is applicable to any members who would have joined the club through a company called CFM.
For direct debit members, as your membership has been frozen since we closed in line with national lockdown guidelines, no further direct debit instructions will be called from your account and once the sale is finalised your membership will be terminated.
We would like to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this development causes. Thank you for your loyalty over the years and for your understanding at this time.

Dear Members,

Due to the governments latest announcement and the initiation of tier 5 the health club will be closed at the end of the day 04/01/2021. We hope you stay safe during this period and we look forward to seeing you all back when the government deems it safe.

Due to government rules and regulations we will be entering tier 3 from midnight tonight. In this tier we can still open the swimming pool and gym. However all classes will be cancelled until these restrictions are lifted. All covid safety procedures still apply and we hope to see you in the health club soon.

Members waterbabies will be returning tomorrow 9am to 11am. To ensure no necessary mixing between members and waterbabies. We have allocated the upstairs changing rooms for waterbabies and the lower changing rooms for members only use.
