A few things to look out for when you first start

It isn’t going to be easy

It’s gonna feel weird

It’s going to feel awkward

But it gets easier

No one feels confident walking into the gym for the first time

Every single person who is already in has gone through what you’re feeling

Nervous about what you’re doing

Anxious of others

And wondering if you’re even doing the right thing for you

All this is perfectly normal to feel

Because it’s a brand new thing to you.

But it’s like anything that you’ve not done before

How did you feel on your first driving lesson?

How did you feel this morning getting into your car?

Probably a completely different feeling right?

The gym won’t always feel awkward

Because the more you put yourself out of your comfort zone

The more you grow

And that goes for most things in life

If you have a fear, or something you don’t think you can do

The best thing you can do is give it a go

AI


At first I didn’t mind it

It was clear and obvious what was real and what wasn’t

But it’s getting a bit too realistic

Sometimes you can’t tell what’s real and what’s fake

And now people are trying to grow businesses using this within the fitness industry

As someone who lost 50KG and did it properly

It stings when you see someone fake it through AI to try and sell a programme they probably got from ChatGPT

So if you want real results and a real person on the other end of the phone

We are your guys đŸ€

I’d argue being 20/30KG overweight is way harder than doing something about it

Feet hurting from standing up all day

Struggling to get out the chair

Being knackered walking upstairs

I’m talking from experience as a guy who’s been 150KG before

I’d much rather take watching what I eat and training regularly than being 150KG again

I personally love a mixture of all 3

They 100% all have a place in your routine

People are always looking for something new, what’s optimal, the best possible workout split

Reality is it’s what you enjoy and can stick to

If you don’t like bench pressing

Then you don’t have to do it

It’s not going to be the difference between you reaching your goal or not

Same with dumbbell pressing

If you prefer bench and hate dumbbell pressing

That’s fine

Focus on what works for you not what someone in the comment section tells you is better
