Future Sport Horses believe that world class event horses can be selectively bred by carefully matching stallions and mares who descend from families which have demonstrated consistently high performance.
Through this process we increase the probability of producing young horses with both the physical and mental prowess to be elite competition prospects. We have a herd of high quality broodmares and also undertake embryo transfer from our best sport mares who have some of the worldโs most sought after eventing bloodlines, such as Heraldik, Upsilon, Grafenstolz and Hand in Glove xx. We also own 5 licensed stallions who are bred impeccably for sport. Our senior stallion Future Illusion was evented by Olympic medallist Jeanette Brakewell, and is by the Elite stallion Fleetwater Opposition. We are honoured that he has been used by HM The Queen and the resultant offspring is now a multiple Champion. Future Illusion has sired multiple CCI4* event horses as well as the HOYS Supreme In Hand Champion in 2021. Our second stallion Future Gravitas - by WBFSH No.1 Sire of Eventers, Grafenstolz - is a maternal half-brother to Olympic Individual medallist Winsome Adante through his Elite dam, Juswith Genoa. He is an International Event stallion and National Dressage Championship Finalist at Elementary and Medium levels abd is now winning at Advanced Medium. He has been used by TeamGB riders and has already sired Internationalevent horses, BD National Champions snd Supreme Showing Champions. Our third stallion is the 2018 UK AES Stallion Licensing Champion Future Guilty Pleasure. With his furst 3 crops of goals in 2019, 2020 and 2021 he had the Top scoring event foal in every year at the Britush Breeding Futurity Series and was awarded the Champion Sire Award in all 3 years - a feat never achieved by ANY stallion in the 17 year history of the Futurity. He has already sired National Foal Champions and National Hunter Show winners as well as Top lots sold at auctions. He is a very sought after stallion covering 5* and Nations Cup mares from the UK to the USA and Australia. Our fourth stallion is the AES Licensed thoroughbred Future Prophecy. He is by the renowned TB sire Power Blade and out of a mare by the legendary TB Hand In Glove. He is in great demand by sport horse breeders across Europe and the USA with stock purchased for CCI5* riders. Our fifth stallion is the young AES Licensed stallion Future Hepsilon. He is by the world class eventer Upsilon and out of possibly the world's best TB sire of event horses, Heraldik. Future Hepsilon's dam has already produced 3 International eventers including the TeamGB Nations Cup Gold medallist Opposition Heraldik Girl, and the 4yr old SJ Champion at Chard, Hickstar-W. Future Hepsilon began his eventing career in July 2022 and successfully qualified for all 3 of the British National 5 yr old Championships - Burghley YEH, Nexgen and the British Breeding Championships - and was one of only two horses to finish on the Top 15 in ALL three Championships. He has been selected by extremely knowledgeable breeders for their International 5* mares from the UK, USA, Australia and Europe.
