✨ Summer Update ✨

With the summer holidays approaching, we know routines can look a little different. Whether you’re away, spending more time with family, or simply fitting classes around a busier schedule, we want to help you maintain your practice with a little more flexibility.

From 17th June until 2nd July, all class packages purchased will automatically receive an additional 2 weeks on their expiry period.

✨ I’M BACK ✨

I’ve absolutely loved my maternity leave and soaking up every moment with my little one over the last few months. 🩵

Although my return has come a little earlier than originally planned, I’m genuinely excited to be stepping back into the studio and doing what I love.

From July, I’ll be back teaching:
✨ Monday evenings
✨ Saturday mornings

I can’t wait to see familiar faces, meet some of our newer members, and get back to what I love most — helping people feel strong, confident, and capable.

Thank you for all of your support while I’ve been away. Fusion has continued to grow, and I’m so grateful for this amazing community we’ve built together.

A little behind the scenes at Fusion HQ 😅

As a small independent studio owner, I sometimes forget to show what’s happening behind the scenes.

Today, that looks like building our website while on maternity leave with my 8-week-old baby, supporting my partner through foot surgery recovery, and squeezing work into every spare moment I can find.

Fusion Reformer Pilates has always been about community, connection, and personal support. There isn’t a marketing team, web designer, or social media manager behind the scenes—just me, doing my best to build something special for our community.

Thank you for being part of this journey and for supporting a small local business. It truly means the world. 🫶

PILATES MYTHS | PART 1

One of the most common things I hear is:

“I’d love to try Pilates, but I need to get fitter first.”

Let’s talk about it.

I understand why people think that. We often feel like we need to be stronger, slimmer, or more flexible before we start something new.

But Pilates isn’t something you earn.

In fact, many of our student’s who walk into the studio for the first time haven’t exercised in years.

At Fusion we meet you where you are and we grow with you. Whether you’re new to Pilates, returning after an injury, rebuilding strength postnatally, getting back into exercise after a break, or simply looking for a way to move that feels good, you’re welcome here.

Don’t think you need to come as the finished version of yourself.

It can be the start of a beautiful journey, one we can do together 🫶

Two years ago, Fusion opened its doors.

This morning was a reminder of what we’ve built since then and we needed to celebrate it. 💛

We swapped the reformers for mats and took class outdoors, bringing together so many of the people who make this community what it is.

Thank you to Kathy for a brilliant class, and to everyone who came along, moved with us and spent their Sunday morning with our beautiful tribe.

2 years on, we’re proud to be more than just a Pilates studio but a community cheering each other on. 🩵

My first reformer class 7 weeks postpartum as a pilates instructor and studio owner ✨

I’ll be honest, I felt nervous.

Today wasn’t about getting back to where I was before pregnancy.

It was about moving again, rebuilding strength, and reconnecting with my body.

No pressure.
No bouncing back.

Just taking it one class at a time. 🤍

A little behind the scenes at the studio ✨

We recently had the team from in to service all of our reformer beds — something that’s so important for both safety and performance.

Regular servicing helps keep the beds running smoothly, ensures springs and moving parts are working exactly as they should, and keeps your classes feeling safe, comfortable and consistent every time you step into the studio.

Looking after our equipment means we can continue giving you the best possible experience in every class 🤍
