All horses competing at the Festival of Youth must have received an Equine Influenza vaccination within six months of the first day of the competition.

This requirement applies to all horses coming on site, including FEI competitors, for whom this is already mandatory, BE championship, companion horses and National horses.

These measures are being introduced in the interests of horse welfare and to help safeguard the wider equestrian community. We kindly ask all competitors, owners, grooms, supporters and spectators to continue following sensible biosecurity practices throughout the event.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide a safe and successful Festival of Youth for everyone involved.

Bishop Burton (1) 2026 done!

The last lorry has just driven out of the gates.

We’ve had a fantastic day of competition, thank you all for coming and supporting us and a massive thank you to all our officials and volunteers - we certainly couldn’t do this without you!

We go again in 2 months time for our Festival of Youth (28th July - 2nd August) and we also have national classes on the Sunday.
